tickets will go on sale to members first on these three dates friday 12th Feb,
19th Feb, 26th Feb from 7pm till 9pm 2 tickets per member priced at £6 each

Celtic Ladies team take on Glasgow City who are the current champions in a league decider on Sunday Afternoon at 2pm at Glasgow green. Included in the Celtic team is local Ghirl Becky Bisland who wears number 7. So if you want to see a bit of Celtic History in the making then go along and cheer on Becky and the rest of the Ghirls.

All a notice from the Brining Martin Home committee
As you are aware on the 14th of November 2009 ‘Bringing Martin Home’ will be holding its close-out fund raising event in the form of a Race night to be held in the Kerrydale Suite at Celtic Park. The race night will give you the opportunity to win a little bit of money while at the same time providing much needed fund raising that we on the committee hope will take us across the finish line target of £50,000. As well as providing you the opportunity to win a wee bit of cash on the nags, if you come along, you will also be able win various prizes including:-
2 week’s accommodation only Florida Villa sleeping up to 12 people within 10 miles of Disney.

This weekend sees the start of the final push from ‘Bringing Martin Home’. On Saturday at half-time during the Celtic v Killie game you will be able to see a 90 second slide show on the big screens detailing the campaign and advertising the race night so please watch out for that.
Next week’s Celtic View will have an article focusing on the ‘Bringing Martin Home’ and advertising the race night.
Due to both these events we are expecting a wee rush on ticket sales for the race night so if you have been thinking about coming along and just haven’t got round to emailing us then we advise that you email us A.S.A.P. to guarantee tickets for the night. Email

In November 1981 the club ran a bus down to Alan Hunters testimonial game. Attached is a photo taken by the local paper as the bus was first to arrive in Ipswich. Some of the hairstyles and I include Jim and Chalrie in those days when hairstyles could be mentioned to the 2 of them.
